The NTPS Plc is entitled and required, under Act I of 1988 on public road transport (hereinafter the Road Transport Act), and Decree 36/2007 (III. 26.) GKM on the tolls payable for the use of motorways, highways and main roads (hereinafter the Toll Decree) to collect user charges for toll sections in Hungary, and in the event of non-payment to collect excess charges for unauthorized road users in accordance with the Toll Decree.
