THIS MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT ("MOA") is entered into this 25th day of Aug., 2020, by and between the Board of Trustees of Community College District No. 511, Rock Valley College (the "College") and the Rock Valley College Faculty Association Local 6211 IFT-AFT (the "Association") (collectively, the "Parties") to memorialize the agreements between the College and the Association concerning instruction during the Fall 2020 semester.
