THIS ON-CALL SERVICES AGREEMENT for Maintenance and Repair of City Facilities is entered into by and between the City of Oakley, a municipal corporation in the State of California (hereinafter referred to as "City") and J.W. Backhoe & Construction, Inc., a California Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") effective as of July 1, 2018 (“Effective Date”).
