This Operating Agreement (“Agreement”) of Tallgrass Pictures, LLC, a California limited liability company (the “Company”), dated as of June 9, 2022, is made by and among (i) the Company, (ii) those person designated as “Members” on the Signature Page attached hereto (the “Current Members”), and (iii) such other persons, entities or associations who become members of the Company as expressly set forth in this Agreement (the “Other Members”) (the Current Members and the Other Members shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Members”).
