This Cable Television Ten-Year Nonexclusive Franchise is entered into in University Place, Washington, this day of , 2017, by and between the City of Tacoma, Department of Public Utilities Light Division, providing cable TV services as CLICK! NETWORK, hereinafter (“Grantee”) and the CITY OF UNIVERSITY PLACE, WASHINGTON, a municipal corporation, hereinafter (“Grantor” or the “City”). Grantor and Grantee are sometimes referred to hereinafter collectively as the "parties."
