In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, you and Bank, intending to be legally bound, do hereby agree that the following information represents the Business Online Banking and Cash Management Services Master Agreement between you and The Canandaigua National Bank and Trust Company (“Bank,” “we,” “our,” “ours”).
