THIS AGREEMENT, entered into between the School Board of St. Cloud Area School District 742, St. Cloud, Minnesota hereinafter referred to as the School District, and the St, Cloud Bus Drivers Association, hereinafter referred to as Exclusive Representative, pursuant to and in compliance with the Public Employment Labor Relations Act, hereinafter referred to as the P.E.L.R.A., to provide the terms and conditions of employment for the Bus Driver personnel during the duration of this Agreement.
