LTD., a company registered under the Companies Act 1956 and having its registered office at Plot No. 3 & 4, 2nd Floor, Savitri Bhawan, ‘A’ Block Market, Preet Vihar, Delhi- 110092 & Marketing Office at Plot No. 1, Sector-90, Noida, U.P. represented by its duly authorized person Mr. Kunal Chhabra (hereinafter together referred to as the “Company”) which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors, representatives and assignees of the FIRST PART.
