Custodial Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered between the Village of Buffalo Grove (hereinafter the “Village” or “Owner”), an Illinois home-rule unit of government, and Crystal Maintenance Services, Corp., a (hereinafter the “Contractor”) on this 3rd day of December, 2019 (the “Effective Date”). The Village and the Contractor are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
