This RN to BS Bachelor Degree Program in Nursing (the "Agreement") is made, entered into and effective on Fall 2020, by and between BUNKER HILL COMMUNITY COLLEGE located at 250 New Rutherford Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts, 02129, and the UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS BOSTON, through its College of Nursing & Health Sciences (CNHS) located at 100 Morrissey Blvd. Boston, Massachusetts 02125, ("University") individually a "Party," collectively, the "Parties."
