This First Amendment to the Park District Brownfield Reimbursement Agreement (the “First Amendment”), dated as of December 4, 2018, to the Brownfield Reimbursement Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated September 18, 2018, by and between the City of East Lansing Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (the “ELBRA”) and 100 Grand River LLC and 341 Evergreen LLC (collectively, the “Owner”) is hereby made a part of the Agreement. The terms used in this First Amendment shall have the same meaning as in the Agreement, except as expressly modified in the First Amendment.
