This Agreement is intended to set forth the understanding between the parties whereby MWC agrees to originate commercial real estate loans referred and packaged by Broker and submitted to MWC for processing and funding. Nothing contained herein shall obligate Broker to submit all loans that it brokers to MWC, it being understood that this shall be a nonexclusive agreement.
