VIKING BROADBAND, INC. SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENTBroadband, Inc. Subscription Agreement • June 17th, 2013
This Subscription Agreement constitutes the agreement ("Agreement") between Viking Broadband, Inc. ("we," "us" or "Viking Broadband, Inc.") and the user ("you," "user" or "Customer") of Viking Broadband, Inc.'s residential and small business communications services and any related products or services ("Service"). This Agreement governs both the Service and any devices, such as a Multimedia Terminal Adapter, Analog Telephone Adapter or any other IP connection device ("Device" or "Equipment"), used in conjunction with the Service and it applies to all lines on each Viking Broadband, Inc. account. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date it is signed by Viking Broadband, Inc. (the “Effective Date”).
