This Broadband Corridor Access Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective on the Commencement Date as defined in Section 1.2, by the State of Indiana through the Indiana Department of Transportation (“INDOT”) and Metronet, LLC, (hereinafter referred to as “Operator”), collectively to as the “Parties”.
