This Bridge Debenture Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of June 13, 2019, is made by and among Rennova Health, Inc. (the “Company”) and each of the purchasers signatory hereto (the “Purchaser”). Reference is made to that certain Securities Purchase Agreement, dated as of August 31, 2017 (the “Purchase Agreement”), as amended, by and among the Company and each purchaser identified on the signature pages thereto. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein that are defined in the Purchase Agreement shall have the meanings given such terms in the Purchase Agreement.
