(hereinafter referred to as “Reed’s”), a Delaware corporation having offices at 13000 South Spring Street, Los Angeles, California 90061, and THE LION BREWERY, INC. (hereinafter referred to as “The Lion”), a Pennsylvania corporation having offices at 700 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania 18705. Reed’s and The Lion shall be hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”.
