BOS ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION CONTRACTBos Iso 9001 Certification Contract • April 5th, 2018
This Contract shall become effective on the date of receipt of Client’s first application for Certification and shall remain active even for subsequent recertification(s), unless withdrawn, revoked or cancelled by either party or the conditions of the contract/certification have been varied. The governing law of the Contract and of the relationship of the parties thereto arising out of it shall be Botswana Law. Both parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the Botswana courts and agree that this Contract supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements either written or oral preceding the Contract.
