This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between South Orange County Community College District on behalf of Saddleback College and Irvine Valley College (“District”), at 28000 Marguerite Parkway, Mission Viejo CA 92692, a California community college district and political subdivision of the State of California, and Follett Higher Education Group, LLC. (“Contractor”), at 3 Westbrook Corporate Center, Suite 200, Westchester, IL 60154. District and Contractor are also referred to collectively as the “Parties,” and individually as “Party.” “College’s” refers to Saddleback College and Irvine Valley College.
