This Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of January 1, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Rover Dolphin Tours, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (the “Contractor”) and the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center Foundation, Inc., a Virginia non-stock and non-profit corporation (the “Foundation”). Contractor and the Foundation are sometimes referred to collectively as the “Parties” and each as a “Party.”
