ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER CONSULTING AGREEMENT THIS ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER CONSULTING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of January 1, 2012, by and between Stellar Biotechnologies, Inc., a California corporation (the “Company”), and Daniel E Morse, Ph.
