As a guest of the Bishop Estates Cabana Club located at 1812 Jefferson Street, Concord, CA 94521 (hereinafter referred to as the “Premises”), I acknowledge and agree that my entry onto and use of the Premises is conditioned upon my acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions and agreements contained herein (herein referred to as the “Agreement”). My acceptance of my entry onto and use of the Premises constitutes my full agreement to all terms and conditions of this Agreement and agree that the terms and conditions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement and thereafter as applicable.
