Participants of the above named Weber State University purpose are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible manner consistent with federal and state laws and host organization/destination policies. Violation of law or policy while at the conference will result in action taken by the Department of Student Involvement & Leadership, and may result in criminal or civil prosecution. Fees paid by the student to attend said conference are non-refundable; student may also be asked to reimburse the department for cost of their trip.
