The Bega Cheese Collective Agreement shall be binding upon The Bega Cooperative Society Limited (“Bega Cheese”), located at North Bega, and the employees of Bega Cheese engaged in the operations of the Lagoon Street factory and the Ridge Street cutting & processing plant under the Awards listed in clause 5.
