FARMASI SPAIN BEAUTY INFLUENCER APPLICATION & AGREEMENT FARMASI SPAIN SOLICITUD Y ACUERDO DEL BEAUTY INFLUENCER 1. Authorization and Contract. By executing this Beauty Influencer Application and Agreement (“Agreement”), you (hereinafter the “Beauty Influencer”) apply for legal authorization to become a Farmasi business owner in Spain (hereinafter the “Territory”) and enter into contract with Farmasi Spain, S.L., with corporate identification number (B72552565), and legal domicile in Calle Muntaner 379, Entlo. 1ª, 08021, Barcelona, Spain (hereinafter the “Company”). The Beauty Influencer acknowledges that prior to signing, has received, read and understood the Company Opportunity Guide, received, read and understood the Company Policies and Procedures, which are incorporated into this Agreement and made part of it as if restated in full, and reproduced on http://www.farmasi.es and that has read and agreed to all terms set forth in this Agreement.
