THIS AGREEMENT entered into as of this 29th day of June, 2011, effective as of June 23 2011 (the “Effective Date”) by and among ANCHORBANK FSB, a federally-chartered depository financial institution having its principal office in Madison, Wisconsin (hereinafter referred to as “AnchorBank” or “Bank”), Anchor BanCorp Wisconsin, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation (the “Company”), and CHRIS M.
