This Bank Account Pledge Agreement (Loan Reserve Account) (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as [ ], 2019, by and among NE CS FNC HOTEL, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, and NE CS FNC RESIDENCES, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (collectively, “Pledgor”), and the OKLAHOMA CITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TRUST, an Oklahoma public trust (“Lender”). All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Loan Agreement (as defined below).
