Ballpark Lease, Management and Operations Agreement • October 21st, 2020

WHEREAS, the Long Island Ducks Professional Baseball Club, LLC. (hereinafter known as “the Team” and the County of Suffolk (the “County”) entered into an Agreement dated as of March 13, 2000, which Agreement was extended by the Second Ballpark Agreement (the first extension), dated for reference purposes as of April 24, 2009, and which was further extended by the Third Ballpark Agreement (the second extension) dated for reference purposes as of January 1, 2019 to provide Long Island Ducks baseball games at the ballpark located on the north side of Court House Drive, Central Islip, New York, (the “Ballpark”), the services to be provided to the County by the Team, the operation of the Ballpark and additional rights and responsibilities of the parties thereto; and
