THIS AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION OF TRUST is made and entered into as of the 11th day of September, 1955, in the City of New York, State of New York, by and between the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers Interna- tional Union (hereinafter referred to as the “International Union”), and various employers in the Bakery and Confectionery Indus- tries who are or who may become parties to this agreement as hereinafter defined (hereinafter referred to as “Employers”).
