THIS AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION OF TRUST is made and entered into as of the 11th day of September, 1955, in the City of New York, State of New York, by and between the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers Interna- tional Union (hereinafter referred to as the “International Union”), and various employers in the Bakery and Confectionery Indus- tries who are or who may become parties to this agreement as hereinafter defined (hereinafter referred to as “Employers”).

The Employer hereby agrees to be bound as a party by all the terms and provisions of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated May 12, 1953, as amended, establishing the Bakery and Confectionery Union and Industry International Health Benefits Fund (hereinafter called the Health Benefits Fund) and said Agreement is made part hereof by reference. b.
