We apologize for such a short notice. We initially anticipated to have a vote on the “Defector” agreement this past weekend. A fair amount of the negotiations were conducted remotely. As a result, it took an extensive amount of time to finalize and review the deal documents (and of course we’ve been negotiating with the NCDC and with other employers whose contracts are expiring at the end of this month).
