INSURANCE COMPANY (“Company”) to solicit the coverages set forth on Schedule A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (such coverages are hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as ("Company Business") and, if applicable, to make the appointments as set forth in this Agreement (“Agreement”). Pursuant to this Agreement, MGA authorizes and, where applicable, appoints the Agency or Agent whose name and business address is set forth herein to represent Company for only those lines of Company Business specified herein.
