This Professional Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (“CMHA”) a body corporate and politic, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio and Contractor for the purposes of Contractor providing Architectural Services for 9% LIHTC. Hereinafter, CMHA and Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated and made effective as of this 19th day of August, 2021, by and between the CITY OF DETROIT BUILDING AUTHORITY, a public authority and body corporate organized and existing under the authority of Act 31, Public Acts of Michigan, 1948 (First Extra Session), as amended, located at 1301 Third Street, Suite 328, Detroit, Michigan 48226 (herein called the "Authority"), and GROUNDWORK0, a Michigan limited liability company, located at 2000 Brush Street, Suite 262, Detroit, Michigan 48226, (hereinafter called the "Professional Contractor").
