THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of June 2023, (“Effective Date”) by and between the Five Cities Fire Authority ("FCFA"), a California Joint Powers Authority as authorized under Government Code Sections 6500 et. seq., and Oceano Community Services District ("Oceano"), a County of San Luis Obispo Community Services District (collectively referred to as "the Parties").
