the following property subject to the provisions of this contract. The qualifications to store items at the Storage Provider’s facility are that the Storer must be a Member or Patron in Good Standing of ATX Hackerspace or that the Storer has been granted permission to store items by a Majority decision of the Board of Directors and signed by the Director of Facilities.
