This Attachment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2017, by and between Missouri-American Water Company, hereinafter referred to as the (“Utility”) and City of Brentwood, MO, hereinafter referred to as the ("Owner"). Hereinafter the term “Parties” shall refer collectively to all the foregoing named Parties. The effective date of this Agreement shall be the date indicated hereinabove (the “Effective Date”).
