This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date that Aternity accepts the Order (“Effective Date”) and is between Riverbed Technology LLC (or if Customer is purchasing directly from an affiliate of Riverbed Technology LLC, the affiliate identified on the applicable Order) (“Aternity”) and the customer that is receiving the Professional Services (“Customer”).
