ASSISTANCE AWARD AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (the “IHCDA” or “Authority”), a public body corporate and politic of the State of Indiana (the “State”), and «Agency» (the “Recipient”),
