Assignee, the Auctioneer nor the Legal Firm is obliged to enquire as to whether the Purchaser can eventually take a registered legal interest in the Property auctioned or whether any covenant or condition in the present title deed upon which the Property is constructed has been performed or has expired or otherwise.
