Box 124, Red Lion, PA 17356, hereinafter referred to as “Penndel;” and GLOBAL TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE, INC., of P.O. Box 125, Red Lion, PA 17356, hereinafter referred to as “Global Transportation.”
