Currently, Colben Energy (Vietnam) Joint Stock Company (“CEVJSC”) is a 51 per cent subsidiary of Colben Energy Holdings (Vietnam) Ltd. Colben Energy Holdings (Vietnam) Ltd (“CEHV”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Asiatic Group (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”). The other shareholders of CEVSJC are Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Finance Investment JSC (“VIDIFI”) and HVD Construction and Investment Consultants JSC (“HVD”) who holds 30% and 19% respectively.
