This Artwork Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective (the “Effective Date”), by and between Art Fetish LLC, a California limited liability company, dba “Outskirts Art”) on the one hand, and , a (“Renter”), on the other hand. Outskirts Art and Renter are referred to herein separately as “Party” and are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties.” There are no other parties to the Agreement.
