Assisted reproductive technology clinics (individually, an "ART Clinic") with membership in The Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology ("SART") have entered into an ART Data Collection Agreement with SART, pursuant to which SART provides certain goods and/or services to the ART Clinic (such agreement is referred to herein as the "Agreement").
