This Mutual Aid Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of [DATE], articulates a system for providing immediate and/or short-term counsel- ing and mental-health assistance among the Student Counseling Centers (each a “CC”) in the State University System (“SUS”) in the event of an on-campus tragedy that overwhelms the resources of any given CC in the SUS. It is entered into by the Boards of Trustees of the following institu- tions in the SUS on behalf of their respective CC’s (the “Aid Consortium”):
