The parties to this Advertiser Service Agreement (below, the "User Agreement") are Creative Clicks APAC BV. ("Creative Clicks Market") and you the Advertiser ("Advertiser" or "You"). Creative Clicks Market facilitates "Performance Marketing Programs" (as defined hereinafter) by providing marketing services via the Internet. This User Agreement shall govern participation in the Creative Clicks Market Marketing Service (the "Marketing Service").
