This is an annual agreement between graduate student and thesis supervisor with respect to salaries, research plans, and a variety of issues relevant to training. There are 9 parts to this agreement—make sure you read, understand and discuss all parts. It is the supervisor’s responsibility to meet with each of their graduate students in September (or the first month of graduate work) to fill out this form and submit it to Joanne Surette in the Grad Office.
