This Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Amendment Number Two” is made and entered into upon execution of all necessary signatures between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, (hereinafter “County”) and Matrix Imaging Products, Inc., with a place of business at 20512 Crescent Bay Dr Ste 100, Lake Forest, CA 92630-8847, (hereinafter “Contractor”), which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party,” or collectively referred to as “Parties.”
