These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all quotations, acknowledgments, and/or invoices of Seller and to all related purchase orders, order releases, scheduling agreements and\or similar documents received by Seller for the purchase of products (“Products”), and to all products sold be Seller and all agreements for Sale of Products by Seller to Buyer however made or documented whether verbal, written, electronic, by purchase order, special agreement or otherwise (“Agreement”). Orders accepted are accepted only at Seller’s General Office at Hillsboro, Texas.
