Each signature on the MTCC Member Agreement Certification Form constitutes an agreement to comply with all Program requirements as outlined in this MTCC Member Agreement. Any party should not sign the MTCC Member Agreement Certification Form without reviewing and understanding the detailed terms outlined in this MTCC member Agreement and all Program policies and procedures.
