This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 11th day of MAY in the year 2021, between the RANCHO SANTIAGO COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as (“DISTRICT”), and CORDOBA CORPORATION, hereinafter referred to as “CONSULTANT”.
