THIS AGREEMENT is made between ALPS ETF Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and ALPS Fund Services, Inc., a Colorado corporation (“ALPS”). This Agreement shall be effective with respect to each management investment company identified on Appendix A hereto as of the effective date identified on such Appendix A.
