Area Breakdown Scheme Address The Agreement will cover developments within the EDDC and West end strategicdevelopment area such as but not exclusive to Pinhoe, Tithebarn, Redhayes Property Types Type of Properties: Flats & HousesCategory of Provision: General needs & Shared Ownership Description Purpose Both LiveWest and EDDC wish to increase the provision of affordable housing within East Devon along the Exeter border through our strategic partnership. Through this agreement we wish to create thriving and sustainable communities that are outstanding. The purpose of this agreement is to ensure that theprovision of new affordable housing in East Devon’s ‘West End’ meets housing needs and prioritises East Devon Applicants. It is agreed that the local connection criteria is extended to include applicants with a local connection to Exeter but that East Devon applicants have priority. This agreement is to set out the procedure for advertising on DHC (or replacement Scheme) and shortlisting.
